As a certified family health coach, it is my job to help you identify your problem areas and come up with a strategy map to guide you on the path to good health and wellness. Through a program called Traffic Light Eating and our L.E.A.N. start workshops as well as kitchen revamps and our 30 day fit challenge, I will get you and your family the results you need. The goals is to make actionable steps that lead to fewer doctor visits, less stress, more energy, control of illnesses and overall health. All while getting support, motivation and encouragement along the way.

As with food, we are not all created equal when it comes to our time, especially with after-school activities, multiple jobs, errands to run and life in general. With that being said you have several options to choose from.

*When deciding which wellness plan is best for you,  keep in mind that this is not a quick fix. You have to be committed to change and be willing to take the necessary steps to providing yourself with the best quality of life possible.
